The role responsibilities include:
* Answering phones and welcome all visitors to the office
* Accept and sign for deliveries informing the relevant colleague items have arrived for them by taking item to them if office based or emailing if site based
* Oversee meeting room bookings
* Ensure front of house, booths and meeting rooms are always presentable
* Circulate incoming post
* Manage business inbox and distribute queries to relevant person
* Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen
* Completed weekly stationary order
