We are actively looking to expand our team and are seeking to recruit experienced sales motivated recruiters .You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional candidates with renowned brands,suppliers and retailers throughout the UK and Worldwide.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Fashion and Retail sector.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Taking briefs from clients and writing impactful and eye-catching adverts
- Conducting candidate searches through various channels, including job boards, social media, recommendations and our database
- Screening CV's, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate's skills and cultural fit for clients.
- Managing the entire recruitment process from job briefing to offer negotiation and on boarding.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team targets while contributing to the overall growth of the agency.
Personal Specifications:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals who are passionate about Fashion and Recruitment and have experience in either of the following areas:
- Previous experience in recruitment, within either Head Office/Retail environment to include HR, Marketing, E-Comms, Retail Ops, Finance. or working with Fashion Suppliers covering Design Production and Technical roles
- Experience working with suppliers or brands in a Sales/ Account management role
- In-house Recruitment in a similar sector looking to pivot to an exciting career in agency recruitment
- Sales driven with an intuitive and inquisitive personality
- Ability to engage with and develop new and existing customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive attitude with good time management and prioritisation skills
- Confident and self-motivated
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills with previous experience of working with a CRM system (Bullhorn or similar) a distinct advantage
