Regional Account Manager – Fine Jewellery & Watches - London

Mode Search are collaborating with an iconic Luxury Watches and Jewellery brand who are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland.

Salary: Up to £50,000 plus benefits.

The Role: 

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key retail partners to ensure brand standards are met and opportunities for profitable growth maximised 
  • Maximise sales and profit of accounts, whilst protecting the brand equity and being aligned with global brand strategy 
  • Ensuring the brand experience and environment across the region is at a world-class standard 
  • Piloting on a monthly and weekly basis, sales budget with Sales coordinator .
  • Support the Head of Sales with the development and execution of channel plans by account, proposing sales targets and stock plans, as well as identifying priority areas for marketing support 

Requirements:

  • Experience within a luxury brand.
  • Highly organised, able to manage a diverse workload and broad set of accounts 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to develop strong relationships.
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
  • Highly resourceful, highly collaborative team player 
  • Proactive approach to planning and problem-solving, with the ability to think creatively and laterally to maximise business opportunities and address trading challenges
