Regional Manager

A luxury fashion retailer located across the London area are looking for a Regional manager. This company has stamped their mark within the ladies fashion world and are widely recognised for their exceptional customer service and visual standards.

They are looking for a candidate with great people and coaching skills who can motivate their team and drive sales within the business. You will also be responsible for liaising with senior stake holders and conducting regular reviews with your team.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and display the ability to be a lead a team of retail managers whilst overseeing a wider team of sales staff. Experience in a 1 to 1 sales focused personal enviroment is preferred for this position

The salary is paying up to £70,000.
