Sales Administrator

Our client is an award-winning designer and manufacturer in a niche sector of the garment industry. Their office is based in West London, but this role may include some travel. If you have 2-3 years' experience working in a fashion head office role, preferably Luxury sales administration based and are looking for something a little bit different, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.

The Role:

Support the sales and account management team to manage multiple client projects

Conduct market research and propose new markets and clients

Liaise daily and be the first point of contact for client calls/emails

Plan and attend events

Analyse sales activity and create reports accordingly, reporting back to the team

Manage online orders, ensuring these are dispatched and invoices are issued

Use internal systems to input data regarding orders, returns and refunds

The Ideal Candidate:

At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally following the completion of a fashion-based degree

Native English speaker, articulate, with strong written and verbal skills

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (intermediate), Powerpoint and Outlook

The ability to work efficiently in a hands on, fast paced environment and learn new systems

Confident, meticulous and well presented

Salary of £22k-£24k + bonus
