Sales Administrator Overview

Fantastic opportunity to join a friendly working environment. Working as part of a team in a role offering variety in your day, you will be responsible for the company’s Sales Audit Administration covering purchasing stock management and general office support.


Sales Administrator Responsibilities

  • Dealing with enquiries over the telephone and email
  • Providing admin support to all members of the team when required
  • Generating strong rapport and relationships with customers
  • Responding to customers quotation requirements in a timely fashion
  • Supporting Internal Account Managers with customer quotes and costings
  • Liaising with our supplier’s for pricing and availability of stock
  • Following the order process through to delivery.
  • Managing sample requests


Sales Administrator Skills and Experience

  • Experience in purchasing, a sales environment
  • SAP, SAGE or other business system experience ideal
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Confident telephone manner with excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Strong IT Skills
  • The ability to complete and deliver tasks on time
  • Effective time management skills

This is a full-time office-based role.
