Sales Administrator Overview
Fantastic opportunity to join a friendly working environment. Working as part of a team in a role offering variety in your day, you will be responsible for the company’s Sales Audit Administration covering purchasing stock management and general office support.
Sales Administrator Responsibilities
- Dealing with enquiries over the telephone and email
- Providing admin support to all members of the team when required
- Generating strong rapport and relationships with customers
- Responding to customers quotation requirements in a timely fashion
- Supporting Internal Account Managers with customer quotes and costings
- Liaising with our supplier’s for pricing and availability of stock
- Following the order process through to delivery.
- Managing sample requests
Sales Administrator Skills and Experience
- Experience in purchasing, a sales environment
- SAP, SAGE or other business system experience ideal
- Strong Excel skills
- Confident telephone manner with excellent communication both verbal and written
- Strong IT Skills
- The ability to complete and deliver tasks on time
- Effective time management skills

This is a full-time office-based role.
