An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Channel Manager in our fast-growing Lifestyle and Fashion channel. Specifically, the
end-to-end management of the Gramicci brand.

With Gramicci, you put on over 30 years of innovation, experience and industry leadership. Many of the most popular features found in
outdoor clothing were developed by Gramicci – our patented gusset crotch, built-in nylon belt, underarm hinge, high-low hem and many
more. While others are busy catching up, we continue to create original combinations of fabric weights, weaves and colour.
Gramicci has pioneered innovation in the outdoor industry for well over 30 years. Our innovation and passion does not begin and end with
our products. We feel that the world is more than just a place to live; it is somewhere to grow up, start a family, adventure to parts
unknown and enjoy the freedom of nature.

The Role
Based in the UK, the role takes full responsibility for the European Brand Management, Sales Strategy and execution through our network
of Sales Agents of the Gramicci brand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Hitting monthly brand sales and margin targets

• Pre-selling brands within specific time periods to hit order deadlines

• Driving dealer satisfaction by giving high levels of customer service

• Manage your own diary

• Working with the internal sales team to maximize dealer support

• Attend trade shows in the UK and Europe

• Report to the Managing Director on a weekly basis

• Manage dealer credit requirements

• Product training and brand messaging

• Aligned Brand Marketing strategy and execution

• Develop new business in your territory with existing and new customers

Requirements for Role:

• Strong personality who can work well in an entrepreneurial fast-moving company

• Strong, successful sales record in Apparel and an in-depth knowledge of the UK Fashion and or Outdoor market. Knowledge of

the European market would be helpful.

• Strong presentation and sales skills

• Ability to build customer relationships

• Good verbal and written communication

• A team player

• A high attention to detail

• Self-motivated

• Present yourself in a professional manner

• Ability to work effectively in a positive, challenging and pressurized environment

• Competent computer skills specifically within the Microsoft suite

• Ability to learn and understand technical products

• Interests in Sports and Fashion

• Hold a Full UK Driver’s license

Competitive basic salary dependant on experience
Monthly bonus; company vehicle; iPhone and MacBook laptop.
Minimum 28 days holiday
