An amazing opportunity to lead further  growth for the Brand within the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities for the  Sales Manager will include :

Establishing  and implementing annual sales strategy.

Taking responsibility for achieving  agreed sales growth and margins.

Leading Sales and Account Managers  to achieve the Company goals .

Working across the different departments within the business and building good relationships with different stakeholders.

Building excellent  ongoing relationships with the brand customers .

Making recommendations on price architecture . Carrying out research and  providing information on competitor brands

Providing detailed  sales reports  and managing the P & L

Developing the skills of your sales and account management team.

Regular visits to key customers plus in put with training on new product.

The Person:

As the Sales Manager you will need to have a flexible approach and love working within a dynamic fast paced  work environment.Sound commercial skills and a proven record of achieving  results  are essential along  with a sound knowledge of the retail  markets within the UK and Ireland.Dept. store , multiple independents , e business.Experience with men’s heritage / fashion brands   will be ideal. Wholesale experience is essential.You may currently be working as a Sales Manager or  Wholesale Manager for a high profile  Brand or for Brands within a  distribution agencyThe Company are offering an excellent salary plus excellent  bonus  and  benefits and a great work environment .
