Sales Order Processor/Administrator

We are working with our longstanding client, to recruit a Sales Order Processor/Administrator. The Sales Order Processor/Administrator will be working on all men’s, women’s and children’s multiproduct for high street accounts.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Order Processor/Administrator will be to:

  • Check goods into the warehouse are correct with the warehouse team
  • Booking goods into customers warehouses
  • Following the critical path to keep up with deadlines and relay any issues to the customer
  • Arrange dispatch of goods from warehouse to the customer
  • Ensuring the database is kept up to date
  • Ad hoc Sales administration tasks
  • Work closely with the warehouse, operations, purchasing and sales team

The Sales Order Processor/Administrator will be working on large volume orders in a fast-paced role, so should have a similar experience and demonstrate a high level of accuracy. Furthermore, the Sales Order Processor/Administrator must have strong communication and customer service skills, answering the phone and resolving queries. It is desirable that the Sales Order Processor/Administrator has worked within the fashion industry.
