This is a unique role working directly with undergraduate and postgraduate degree seeking students in our CAD/CAM facilities at London College of Fashion.
Providing one-to-one learning support on a daily basis, applicants should possess a high level of practical expertise with CAD associated software such as Lectra Modaris, Gerber Accumark and Efi Optitex, together with a broad understanding of complimentary digital technology.
Candidates should feel comfortable preparing and delivering bespoke technical workshops to groups of students with a wide range of ability and skill, in a variety of Supervised Studio areas or other teaching spaces.

We are looking for an engaged, enthusiastic and creative person to join our existing team of Technical Support staff, building upon existing work to create and develop a world-class learning experience for our students. With a relevant graduate degree or an equivalent qualification or substantial experience, the successful candidate will have proven and demonstrable experience with a variety of hardware, software, printing protocols / equipment, content management systems and other web based solutions related to CAD for garment production.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a self-disciplined manner, whilst adhering to an extremely high standard of customer care, are essential characteristics for this role. The post holder should be highly proactive, well organised, command excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills in addition to a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
Please note this role will require flexible working patterns including evening and /or weekend work.
