Process stores monthly petty cash claims
Process and code accounting data
Supplier statement reconciliations
Process weekly BACS using SAP and TM5
Process credit card expenses corporate and management
General admin duties

This international luxury brand is going from strength to strength and its and exciting place to work. They are currently looking for a temporary accounts payable clerk or administrator for a initial period up to three months with a view to be extended depending on business needs. This role will be reporting into the accounts payable manager.

Candidate:
Great attention to detail and accuracy skills
Previous experience in admin ideally with accounts payable/finance experience within a large organisation
Experience in using Microsoft office
