Temporary Buyer - Home & Apparel

An exciting multi product brand is looking for an established buyer to join it's London based team. This international company manages some amazing brands and they are looking for a rounded buyer for up to 12 months who is passionate about working with various markets, retail and wholesale.

 This role is is currently fully remote, and will be hybrid remote and East London office based into 2022.

As buyer your responsibilities will include:
-Working with the retail director to plan the trade marketing strategy
-The seasonal buy strategy and budget for the department
-Identifying new  product opportunities 
-Analyzing business performance and presenting strategic next steps to the leadership team
-Maintaining and developing best position with vendors 
-Manage company marketing plans by adapting them to the needs of the retailers who stock the range, identifying priorities
-Manage retail accounts from a commercial perspective, assisting the retailer partners with decisions on range selection
-Plan retail shows and events along with other special projects

The ideal candidate for this role will have an entrepreneurial spirit,  relevant experience in developing ranges in apparel and homewares within a retail head office. Excellent strategic and financial planning experience along with proven licensing industry and management experience.
