As a customer service advisor working from home, you will have previous experience of working in a contact centre or a customer service team based in a head office.
You will have demonstrable knowledge and/or experience with troubleshooting or helping customers on the phone taking them through processes step by step.

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and will demonstrate the ability to take ownership of all types of issues and provide an effective resolution and advice.
This role is shift work including weekends 4pm till 12am three to four days a week on a rota.
