Temporary Senior HR Business Partner

This international brand is looking for a temporary senior human resources business partner to work for three to four months starting in November to support on project work. Reporting into the HR director and the head of HR you will be looking at restructures within the company.  You will also have a variety of operation responsibilities, the role will also be based remotely with occasional meetings in the Central London office.

Senior HRBP - The Role 

* Variety of HR tasks around the business restructure
* Consultation meetings
* Work with senior management teams and develop strategy inline with business new objectives

Senior HRBP  - The Candidate 

* Previous experience as an established HRBP within a large organisation 
* Experience of managing restructures and headcount 
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Experience of managing collective consultation
