Exciting new role for this luxury fashion brand. We are looking for an experienced PA/Office Manager who can hit the ground running, has excellent interpersonal skills and is a pro at multi tasking.

Main responsibilities include:

  •          Support Senior EA
  •          Assist on recruitment  
  •          Schedule and diary management
  •          Taking minutes for meetings
  •          Manage office supplies and maintenance 
  •          Arrange the booking of visas, accommodation and travel
  •          Arrange catering for internal meetings where required

Working for this established brand, experience working as a PA/Office Manager in a luxury retail environment is ideal.
