Temporary Sales Coordinator (Accessories)

A fantastic on-going role with temp to perm potential has arisen for a fantastic company based in London. 

Customer service of a very high standard is essential to this reputable supplier therefore they are looking for really efficient Sales Coordinators to join their team. The individual will ideally have an understanding of the fashion industry too. 

You will have strong administrative qualities including excellent spreadsheet skills, ideally experience of working for a high street supplier or brand and experience of dealing with the Far East is preferable. 

Duties include: 
* Receiving all the product and sales information from the sales and product development team and producing the final range sheets and price lists for each customer for distribution and use by other departments in the business. 
* Assisting in the organisation and sorting of samples received from our various suppliers and maintaining accurate records. 
* Receiving orders from customers, issuing delivery and order confirmations. 
* Placing purchase order instructions on our far eastern suppliers, checking order confirmations from the suppliers and then briefing our Production Scheduling Team. 
* Assisting in the administration of product testing production samples and involvement in quality control issues. 
* Working with our Production Scheduling Department and monitoring and maintaining internal critical paths of which spreadsheet work is essential.
