Temporary Zendesk Customer Service Advisor
A well know British business is looking for someone with a passion for customer service to its join fast paced team. This role will be based both in their London office and remotely.
This role will provide an excellent level of customer service. Managing customer requests and quires via phone, email and social media so previous experience is essential.
Working with the e-commerce team ensuring web orders and dealt with efficiently and accurately and using Zendesk daily.
Suitable candidates must have previous e-commerce or online customer service experience using Zendesk.
