Warehouse Manager

Our client is an established and successful supplier of quality fashion apparel to the UK high street.
An opportunity has arisen within their fast paced business for an experienced management professional.

In this role you will lead the distribution function from their busy site in Leicestershire.
As Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for:· 
Ensuring the effective and efficient management of the warehouse within budget and above the minimum service levels· 
Developing and motivation of the team· 
Ensuring the timely execution of inbound, pick and outbound operations· 
Inventory management, stock allocation and movement throughout the facility· 
Implementation of best practice, strategies, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve performance· 
Maintaining the health, safety, and facilities of the site

The successful candidate will have experience within a similar role. Experience of both a B2B and B2C environment is highly desirable, along with excellent organisational skills. I.T skills are also required for this role.
