Account Manager- Ladieswear

My Client is a well-respected large Ladies-wear supplier to several high street retailers and Supermarkets. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced account manager to look after the Dunne's account and to grow and develop it. Experience working with Dunne's in a similar role is essential.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Dunne's account
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure excellent service and repeat business
• Manage and coordinate critical path timelines across multiple projects and product categories
• Liaise closely with internal teams including design, production, merchandising, and logistics to ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor orders from development through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Respond promptly to client requests, queries, and updates
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements within the fashion industry
• Assist with product development, costing, and sample coordination where required
• Manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Person Specification

• Previous experience working for a fashion supplier, manufacturer, or retailer in a similar account management role
• Strong understanding of the garment production process and critical path management
• Experience managing both short and long lead-time projects
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities
• Commercially aware and trend-focused with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• A team player with a flexible and hands-on approach to work
