We are seeking an experienced Footwear Brand Manager to take ownership of brand strategy, wholesale sales, key account management, product development, commercial planning and marketing execution for one of the most recognised lifestyle brands in the world.
This position would suit an experienced Footwear Brand Manager, Wholesale Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial Manager, Category Manager, Product Manager, Sales Manager, Head of Wholesale or Brand Director with strong experience in footwear, sportswear, fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & G-Star HQ Relationship
• Act as the primary point of contact with G-Star headquarters and brand ownership teams.
• Lead seasonal range reviews, product selection and commercial planning.
• Ensure alignment with brand strategy, product direction and seasonal objectives.
• Manage brand approvals, marketing assets and commercial initiatives.
Wholesale Sales & Key Account Management
• Build and develop the European wholesale business.
• Manage strategic retail accounts, distributors and agents.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across approved territories.
• Develop sales plans, forecasts and commercial growth strategies.
• Lead account negotiations and commercial agreements.
Product Development & Range Planning
• Collaborate with design and product teams on footwear collections.
• Influence product direction, colourways, pricing strategy and range architecture.
• Support seasonal launches and product development initiatives.
• Work closely with G-Star headquarters on product innovation and commercial opportunities.
Marketing & Brand Activation
• Coordinate seasonal marketing plans across key accounts and distributors.
• Support brand campaigns, promotional activity and retail activations.
• Partner with internal marketing teams to maximise brand visibility and commercial performance.
Commercial Planning & Performance
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and retail KPIs.
• Develop actionable recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
• Deliver regular reporting and commercial updates to senior leadership and G-Star headquarters.
Operations & Critical Path Management
• Manage key milestones across sales, product launches and customer delivery timelines.
• Work closely with customer service, operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support forecasting, inventory planning and sales optimisation activities.
About You
We are interested in speaking with commercially driven individuals who combine footwear industry expertise with strong brand, sales and product experience.
You will likely have:
• 5+ years' experience within footwear, sportswear, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Experience in Brand Management, Wholesale Sales, Key Account Management or Commercial Leadership roles.
• Strong relationships within the European footwear and retail market.
• Proven success building brands and growing wholesale sales channels.
• Experience working with major retail accounts, distributors and agents.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical skills.
• Experience influencing product strategy, pricing and range development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
