Clo 3D Designer - Apparel

Company Description
My client is an established successful apparel manufacturer supplying global leading brands and retailers, they offer expertise across all product categories in Menswear, Ladieswear and Childrenswear. They are a strong design-led fashion solutions supplier with a strong focus on compliance and sustainability. Due to continued growth they require someone to join their existing design team

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Translate clothing designs into 3D for customers using Clo 3D and AI platforms
• Complete 3D fits in Clo 3D and load these to the PLM system
• Apply knowledge of multi-product design across categories
• Research competitors and emerging trends in 3D design
• Attend 3D and AI trade shows and industry events
• Respond to all customer 3D requests within 24 hours
• Stay up to date with new developments in Clo 3D and research new techniques and methods

Person Specification

• 1+ years' design experience working with Clo 3D
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a similar relevant qualification
• Confident, with a strong fashion aesthetic and trend focus
• Knowledge of technical design, fabrics and other materials
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in design software including Clo3D, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender, Substance and InDesign, plus basic office software (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with AI platforms such as New Arc, Fermat or Magnific is desirable
• Proficient in English, spoken and written
