We’re looking for a passionate, energetic and commercially driven assistant manager to join a high-performing team in Bristol, based at Cribbs Causeway.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who loves being on the shop floor, leading by example and driving results. The business is known for investing in its people, offering genuine progression opportunities and developing future leaders from within.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the store manager with the day-to-day running of a fast-paced environment, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while keeping a close eye on performance, engagement and KPIs.
What you'll be doing:
• Leading from the front and creating a positive, high-energy environment
• Coaching, motivating and developing your team to unlock their potential
• Driving sales performance and delivering against key business KPIs
• Supporting recruitment, training and succession planning within the store
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
• Monitoring stock levels, store standards and operational excellence
• Ensuring visual presentation is maintained to the highest standards
What we're looking for:
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within a fast-paced retail environment
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people
• KPI-driven with strong commercial awareness
• A natural motivator who thrives on achieving results through their team
• Confident, energetic and customer-focused
• Ambitious and looking for long-term progression opportunities
