We are recruiting for an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder and Creative Director of a prestigious luxury brand in a fast-paced role based in Mayfair.
This is an exciting opportunity for an EA who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys acting as a true right-hand support. Working closely with the Founder, you will oversee complex business and personal priorities, ensuring everything runs seamlessly while exercising exceptional discretion, professionalism, and initiative.
The ideal candidate will be confident managing competing demands, anticipating needs, and building trusted relationships both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, coordinating meetings, appointments, events, and personal commitments.
- Act as gatekeeper for the Founder, prioritising communications and ensuring efficient time management.
- Monitor and manage emails, drafting correspondence and responding on the Founder's behalf where appropriate.
- Coordinate complex UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries, and ground transportation.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, briefing documents, and other executive-level materials.
- Manage expenses, invoices, receipts, and other administrative processes accurately and efficiently.
- Provide discreet personal support, including lifestyle management, appointments, and ad hoc requests.
- Liaise confidently with senior stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and external partners, acting as a professional ambassador for the Founder and brand.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support across a range of business and personal projects.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Provide additional support to the wider leadership team when required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 3–5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Personal Assistant, or similar executive support role.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, entrepreneurs, or high-net-worth individuals.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work independently.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence working across Apple/Mac systems.
- Proven experience coordinating complex travel and managing demanding executive diaries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- A flexible, hands-on approach with a willingness to support wherever required.
- Previous experience within a luxury, creative, or entrepreneurial environment would be advantageous.
