Operating from its flagship Central London boutique, the brand is recognised globally for its uncompromising standards, timeless collections, and commitment to excellence.

The Role

The Host / Hostess is the first point of contact for clients entering the boutique, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless luxury experience. Working within a fast-paced flagship environment, the successful candidate will manage client flow, support boutique operations, and ensure every visitor receives the highest level of service from arrival through to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
• Manage client flow throughout the boutique to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Coordinate and oversee the daily appointment schedule
• Liaise with management and sales teams to communicate client requirements and preferences
• Support the organisation and execution of boutique events and private client appointments
• Assist with gift wrapping and boutique presentation when required
• Maintain security, compliance, and brand standards at all times
• Provide operational support across the boutique to ensure smooth day-to-day running

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards
• Ability to remain calm, organised, and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service
• A genuine appreciation for luxury retail and client experience
• Positive, collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
