The Role

As a Luxury Accessories Sales Associate, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, offering expert product and styling advice and supporting the day-to-day running of a premium retail environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, personalised shopping experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and confidently understand their individual style, preferences and requirements.
  • Offer knowledgeable advice across accessories including handbags, shoes, jewellery, eyewear and other luxury pieces.
  • Maximise sales opportunities through strong product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain excellent standards across the sales floor, ensuring products are beautifully presented and the store remains polished and inviting.
  • Support customers with product selection, styling recommendations, gift wrapping, cash desk operations and other in-store services.
  • Develop strong knowledge of collections, materials, craftsmanship, product details and brand heritage.
  • Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, transfers and maintaining an organised stockroom.
  • Represent prestigious luxury accessories brands with confidence, professionalism and a strong attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve individual and store-wide commercial targets.
  • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment while consistently maintaining luxury service standards.

About You

  • Previous experience within luxury accessories, fashion, jewellery, footwear or premium retail is essential.
  • A genuine passion for luxury accessories, fashion, styling and delivering an elevated customer experience.
  • Strong product knowledge and an understanding of luxury brands, craftsmanship and current trends.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and contribute towards sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, polished and professional, with a natural ability to engage with customers.
  • Proactive, reliable and comfortable working as part of a high-performing retail team.
  • Flexible and available to work across weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods.
  • London-based or able to travel easily across London.
