The Role
The Luxury Wrapper plays an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience, ensuring every purchase is presented to the highest standard. Working closely with the boutique team, the successful candidate will support daily operations while maintaining impeccable presentation and service standards throughout the store.
Key Responsibilities
• Create beautifully presented gift wrapping and packaging in line with brand standards
• Maintain adequate stock levels of all packaging and wrapping materials
• Ensure the wrapping station remains organised, immaculate, and fully operational at all times
• Support the sales team in delivering a seamless luxury client experience
• Build knowledge of the brand’s heritage, collections, and craftsmanship
• Provide operational support across the boutique, including assisting Hosts and Runners when required
• Support client flow and contribute to the smooth running of daily boutique operations
• Collaborate effectively within a high-performing, fast-paced luxury retail environment
Required Skills & Experience
• Previous experience within a luxury retail environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Professional, proactive, and eager to learn
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working within a diverse and multicultural team
