A fantastic womenswear brand is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their buzzing team in Dubai! With over 200 stores in Gulf countries and super impressive growth trajectory, this is a NEWLY CREATED POSITION!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Lead the development and execution of seasonal and annual marketing strategies for both brands
- Strengthen brand equity by delivering consistent, elevated storytelling aligned with each brand’s identity
- Translate consumer insights into impactful campaigns that resonate with regional audiences
2. Campaign Development & Execution
- Conceptualize and deliver 360° campaigns across digital, social, retail, and PR
- Own the full campaign lifecycle—from ideation to execution to post-campaign analysis
- Ensure seamless integration across all customer touchpoints, including in-store experience and visual merchandising
3. Commercial & Calendar Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Merchandising, and Retail teams to co-create the commercial calendar
- Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, product launches, and key trading periods
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives
4. Digital & Social Leadership
- Oversee social media strategy with a strong focus on growth, engagement, and conversion
- Identify emerging platforms, trends, and content opportunities (e.g., TikTok-first strategies)
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
5. Creative Direction & Content
- Partner with Creative Design and Content teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets
- Guide the visual and tonal direction of campaigns to ensure a premium, cohesive brand image
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s emotional positioning and storytelling standards
6. Retail & Customer Experience
- Shape in-store marketing and visual storytelling in collaboration with VM teams
- Ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience across all retail environments
- Support store teams with campaign toolkits, training materials, and launch readiness
7. Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, sales uplift)
- Generate insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on investment
Key Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
- Strong experience in brand building and integrated campaign management
- Proven ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes
- Experience working across retail and digital ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Open mindedness in understanding and embracing the cultural nuances of the Middle East
- Passion for storytelling, branding, and creating emotionally resonant campaigns
