- Manage the product development process from initial design concept through to bulk production, working across multiple seasons, high SKU volumes, core collections, and Special Make Ups (SMUs).
- Oversee factory allocation and supplier relationships, considering cost, lead times, production capabilities, and product requirements while providing clear specifications and development guidance.
- Source and develop fabrics, trims, prints, embroidery, washes, finishes, and packaging in line with seasonal direction, quality standards, and target costs, managing all necessary approvals before production.
- Coordinate sample submissions and fittings with Design and Garment Technology teams, recording fit comments, monitoring amendments, and ensuring all development actions are completed on schedule.
- Negotiate supplier pricing and identify opportunities to improve margins through effective sourcing, construction, and manufacturing efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Buyers, Garment Technologists, Designers, Key Account teams, and suppliers to manage approvals, comments, order progression, and customer or buyer meetings.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Product Manager, helping ensure development activities run efficiently and seasonal deadlines are achieved.

- Strong understanding of garment fit, fabric sourcing, washes, finishes, trims, and construction techniques.
- Proven experience in factory allocation, supplier management, and communicating with overseas manufacturers.
- Commercially minded, with strong problem-solving skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
