£30-35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Four Seasons Recruitment are exclusively working with a beautiful and dynamic internationally acclaimed high jewellery brand. Founded in 2011, the brand has earned international recognition for its distinctive aesthetic, combining the sensuality and vibrant warmth of Brazil with the refinement and rebellious spirit of British style.

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to support the day-to-day jewellery production process.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous jewellery industry experience who is passionate about fine jewellery and craftsmanship, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in coordinating production, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting quality control and ensuring that pieces move smoothly through each stage of the production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the production team across all areas of the day-to-day fine jewellery production process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and quality.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with suppliers, workshops and internal team members to ensure production requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
  • Assist with quality control inspections of incoming and outgoing jewellery, ensuring pieces meet Fernando Jorge’s high standards and promptly flagging any issues.
  • Maintain accurate technical and production documentation, including CAD specifications, material details, dimensions and other relevant information.
  • Liaise with London workshops regarding repairs, cleaning and resizing, following up on progress and providing timely updates to the team.
  • Visit the Hatton Garden store as required to support production-related activities.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including recording, organising and managing production information using Microsoft Office and other relevant software and platforms.
  • Maintain and organise the brand’s stone inventory, ensuring stones are accurately recorded, securely stored and fully traceable.
  • Assist with jewellery design registration processes, ensuring all relevant information and documentation is accurate and properly maintained.
  • Support the wider production team with ad hoc tasks as required.

About You

  • Previous experience within the jewellery industry.
  • A genuine passion for fine jewellery, craftsmanship and design.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving while maintaining alignment with established processes and instructions.
  • The ability and willingness to learn jewellery-specific production processes and develop strong product knowledge.
  • An understanding of 2D technical drawings and 3D design.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Rhino experience is not essential, but would be an advantage.
