We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Account Manager with 1-2 years of relevant experience to join a successful womenswear multi-product supplier based in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a business that has a strong reputation for supplying leading High Street retailers and supermarkets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with design and product development teams to deliver customer requirements.
- Maintain and monitor the critical path to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage customer orders efficiently and accurately from placement through to delivery.
- Liaise with factories and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Person Specification
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Support role within a fashion supplier environment.
- Proven track record of building successful customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Professional and well-presented at all times.
- Previous experience working for a supplier in a similar role.
- Understanding of women's woven garments would be highly advantageous.
