The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and client-focused Sales Associate to join the Bond Street boutique and contribute to the continued success of the business. Working alongside the Store Manager and Client Advisors, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within a luxury environment, thrives in a team setting, and is motivated by both personal and collective success.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver a personalised and memorable luxury client experience at every stage of the customer journey
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving individual and boutique sales targets
• Support clients with bespoke orders and special requests, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery
• Manage administrative tasks including order processing, client follow-up, and sales tracking
• Utilise Excel and internal systems to maintain accurate records and support boutique operations
• Act as a proactive problem solver, responding efficiently to client requests and operational requirements
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve shared commercial objectives and maintain exceptional service standards
Required Skills & Experience
• Previous experience within luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment
• Passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
• Confident using Excel and managing detailed processes accurately
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving collective goals
