This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly successful, modern, trendy American lifestyle fashion brand famous for their quality denim and underwear.
We require a minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience within a fashion retail environment, successfully managing turnovers of at least £1 million and a staff headcount of 10.
We require the successful candidate to be very strong commercially and operationally with an excellent understanding of KPI's. Good business acumen, staff training and motivating skills as well as strong experience in performance management are also required.
We also require flawless presentation and communication skills and a driven personality.
The package for this position is a basic salary of between £16,000 and £20,000 dependant on experience plus a monthly management bonus scheme.
