This is an amazing opportunity to join a highly successful, world-famous modern, sociable, casual dining restaurant business with exceptional people and food values and culture.
We require a minimum of 3 years management experience within a fast paced hospitality, catering or retail environment, successfully managing annual turnovers of at least £2 million and a staff headcount of 20.
We require the successful candidate to be very strong commercially and operationally with an excellent understanding of KPI's. Good business acumen, staff training and motivating skills as well as strong experience in performance management are also required.
We also require flawless presentation, excellent communication skills and a driven, vibrant personality to fit into an enthusiastic team culture.
The package for this position is a basic salary of between £30,000 and £40,000 dependant on experience plus a monthly management bonus scheme.
