Drives the highest operational standards in store in line with brand standards, both back of house and front of house and leads the store management in order to achieve this
Develops the Store Management team to fulfil their potential and ensure that brand values are reflected
Manages and influences Head Office to ensure the stock package and merchandise the product to drive sales and footfall 
To agree the business plan for the area stores and support Branch Managers in achieving this & to balance and manage specific dynamics to ensure the area plan is achieved
Manages all projects for the store to enhance and develop the Coast brand
Ensuring excellent standards and consistency of the customer perception
To coach and support branch managers in order to drive excellent levels of selling skills, commercial acumen and customer service in stores, ensuring that obstacles to this are challenged and tackled
To deliver the sales and profit plan, whilst ensuring that team development and customer service levels are balanced within the store
Drives exceptional customer service, leading by example and ensures service targets are achieved consistently.
Acts as a brand ambassador at all times with exceptional uniform and grooming standards 
Recruits and develops Coast ambassadors within the team 
To act as a leader of the brand by sharing ideas and best practice in order to ensure that the brand as a whole is continually developed and standards and customer expectations are continually exceeded
Motivates the team to drive and deliver all KPI's and own objectives
Able to build external relationships within the area to help drive the success of the store
Owns and drives own personal development and seeks opportunities to grow
