We have partnered with a premium, trend driven fashion brand, seeking a Visual Merchandise manager to join their team.


Overview:

To manage the visual proposition across a number of divisions including stores and Department store concessions. You will be involved in the research and development of ideas, from concept discussions to a finished presentation. Ensure visual merchandising presentation standards, attention to detail & execution is of the highest calibre.

You will be responsible for creating weekly visual guidelines for all store groups, with the ability to plan visual layouts for all company store group types from High Street to Luxury. Assisting centrally with the creation of seasonal Company Model Store, new store openings, creative window displays, and press days.

You will be required to travel, including internationally, to all markets, to be the link between our stores and Head Office to implement Company VM guidelines and feedback new ideas that are commercial and creative. Build strong Visual relationships within all of our Concessions by conduct weekly floor walks to maintain standards and brand identity, with strong consistency of fixture placement and brand signage.

With previous experience in a similar role, you will train and inspire the Senior Retail team within our field and be forward thinking in creating new VM techniques seasonally for each store group.

Key responsibilities:

*Direct VM strategy and creative concepts including product layout and brand presentation for 300 stores and shoe departments
*The production of seasonal Model Store guidelines and weekly VM guidelines for all store groups.
*Create, coordinate, install and dress up to 6 window display schemes a year
*Development of new VM tools for new store designs, artwork for all POS, Ad campaign graphics roll out and vinyl signage, new proposals for visual creative concepts, brand pop ups, flagship collaboration windows and International collaborations windows.
*Financial responsibility for a large annual budget.
*Launch of all new stores and concessions, VM standards for all new concept stores.
*Training of staff in VM standards (and tailoring this) for different markets and regions.
