My client is a well-known British Brand based in Central London and are looking for a bright and confident PA to join their team on a temporary basis. You will be supporting the Directors and Senior Management Team within the business so excellent organisation skills are key.

PA - The Role

*First point of contact with external individuals, screening telephone calls and post.
*Writing letters, reports and internal announcements.
*Proactively organising diaries for both internal and external meetings. Prepare agendas, ensuring the Directors are fully briefed and prepared.
*Organising meeting rooms and set-up with refreshments / lunches when required.
*Create / assist with presentations and the preparation of reports.
*Carrying out background research into relevant subjects the SMT are dealing with and presenting findings in an easily digestible format.
*Project Management for corporate events and departmental moves as and when requested.
*Arranging travel including the booking of flights and accommodation and organising visas (where required). Organising currency and ensuring the Directors have a detailed travel itinerary.
*Basic admin such as expenses, timesheets and invoice sign off.
*You may at times be required to carry out ad hoc duties; whether that is to support another team member, to take on additional responsibilities or to get involved in project work that may impact not only on your department but also the wider business.

PA - The Candidate

*Previous experience in a PA role is essential.
*Outstanding organisation skills.
*Attention to detail.
*Proficient in all Microsoft packages.
*Excellent communicator.
*Confident in dealing with senior members of the business.
