We are a small, but growing, hard-working team who are passionate about our product.  We are looking for a Production Coordinator / Manager, experienced in womenswear, who is a proactive and energetic individual with excellent organisational and communication skills. This is an exciting time to join an independent label which has always maintained consistent and healthy growth, and with planned new categories to be added to the range.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing all production aspects of the business together with liaising with our factories and maintaining a smooth-running and efficient supply chain and critical path. 

Working in a tight-knit team, you will have the opportunity to input on the collection and work closely with the Design Directors, Product Developer, Financial and Sales departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Supply Chain and Critical Path for all products.
  • Close supervision of suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, and to resolve any arising issues.
  • Raising production orders for factories and invoices to major customers using Zedonk.
  • Manage and improve costs and margins of all products.
  • Manage all freight and logistics, communicating regularly with our 3rd party warehouse.  
  • Overseas factory visits as required, and develop new relationships as necessary. 

Essential Skills

  • Ideally a candidate with at least 5 years experience in a Production Manager/Coordinator role, within a multi-product womenswear label.
  • Experience of working with overseas factories. 
  • Key computer skills: Zedonk, Excel, some Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Willingness to participate and engage within a small and friendly team environment.
  • Strong problem solving skills, and technical/ garment construction and print knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently with a great work ethic, and ability to take on additional tasks when necessary

The role is based in London N1,with easy access via bus routes 141, 21 and 76 / Old street tube or Haggerston Overground.
