Marketing Manager: Luxury Lifestyle brand
Reporting to the Creative Director this role will be responsible for leading all areas of the brand presentation for this renowned luxury interiors brand. Managing a team of six you will lead marketing and communications, including digital, creative and working with trade partners to deliver a strong brand message internationally.
The brand itself is a leader in high end interiors and their products are featured in many of the world’s most prestigious hotels, yachts and private residences. They have an outstanding reputation for quality and craftsmanship with the majority of their products made by artisans in the UK. Their style is tasteful and very distinctive, making them a favourite with interior designers.
This is a new position to really raise the standards of how the brand presents itself to the design community. An early adopter of social media the business is very well followed and distributes continual original content. However the brand has suffered from inconsistency of message across different platforms and this role will lead the unification of this, for a more progressive company digital narrative.
Working closely with the creative director, you will shape the marketing and communications strategy to build brand equity and desirability within global markets. The business works with an influential PR agency and the brand is well known for exquisite events to launch collections.
The business has numerous trade partners who sell the brand from showrooms globally. The collection is very strong in Asia, US and Middle East and the company has ambitious growth plans for each market. The individual will work closely with teams in each territory to ensure sales are supported with the right marketing strategy.

We are looking for a marketer with strong experience in premium or luxury goods. Interiors experience is not necessary, but the ability to understand the taste level and maintaining the integrity of the label is vital. We are looking for a demonstrable track record of impactful marketing strategies, growing business in a meaningful and dynamic way.
