Account Manager/Merchandiser- New Job Opportunity
A Merchandiser job in the East Midlands area offering a competitive salary where your responsibilities will lie within working for a retailer's head office generating weekly reports, liaising with the Buyer 1 day a week going through the product needed for delivery and also, managing samples with the photoshoot team.
Your new company
My client is a well-established retailer in the East Midlands area who are looking for a customer-focused Merchandiser to join the team in one of their head offices. They are a hugely successful fashion retailer who supply to the high street and are continuing to expand.
Your new role
The company requires someone to use their Merchandising skills to prepare and collate regular feedback to the Buyer regarding product needed for delivery in upcoming weeks. You will be assisting the merchandising team in other Head offices to solve problems and answer queries on customer enquiries. You will be assisting the photoshoot team with sample management so good communication skills is an essential requirement for the role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a few years' experience in a Merchandising field and you will have the ability to adapt to a fairly pressured environment. You will be working for a big retailer but you will be based in one of the smaller head offices so an ideal candidate will be able to work independently. You will be highly analytical and forward thinking with the ability to handle high volumes of data.
