We are Fisherman Out of Ireland; a multi award-winning contemporary knitwear brand that is situated between the majestic Sliabh Liag cliffs and Ireland’s largest fishing port – Killybegs. It is here that you’ll find Kilcar, a small village in County Donegal that we have called home since 1991.

Our collection of sweaters, hats and scarves are inspired by the beautiful, rugged and wild Irish coastline that is quite literally on our doorstep. Our garments are made using sustainable and luxurious yarns by our team of dedicated artisans, many of whom have been with us since the inception of the brand.

Over the years the brand has grown and evolved to where we now export over 70 percent of everything we make to the four corners of the globe. In that time a lot has changed but our core mission has reminded the same; to create the highest quality garment that you’ll delight in putting on and struggle to take off.
