• The Raising of Sales Invoices
• Netting Sales Invoices
• Verbally chasing monies owed
• Sending out Dunning Letters
• Liaising with Internal Depts and instilling good practices
• Maintaining the Departments debt tracker and feeding back to Senior Management
Any adhoc duties

• Ensure good customer service by dealing with all customers in an efficient and effective manner.
• Always keep an accessible and creative attitude.
• Support other team members when necessary, showing and earning respect.
• Understand Selfridges vision and live the brand and people values.
• Keep updated on all new procedures.
• Attend team meetings to understand business objectives.
• Ensure that standards are adhered to be keeping your area tidy and paper free.
• Use best practice procedures to take into account changes in business.
