The Administrator/Resourcer will provide assistance to Recruitment Consultants and responsibilities will include;
- General Admin duties
- Managing candidate database
- Preparing CV’s, interview confirmations and writing job ads
- Organising interviews
- Carrying out database searches
- Answering telephone calls
- Carrying out searches on the back office of job sites
The Administrator/Resourcer must be highly motivates with excellent organisation and communication skills. They must also be confident in their abilities with a good work ethic and a drive to succeed.
The Administrator/Resourcer role is the perfect opportunity for a graduate or assistant/junior level candidate from a buying, merchandising, import merchandising or marketing background.
