The mission of this role is to deliver and maximise the performance of the UK flagship boutique, driving sales, profitability, and client satisfaction to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Boutique Performance
- Drive the achievement of sales, profit, and strategic targets.
- Develop, track, and follow up on KPIs to monitor business performance.
- Implement business development initiatives, with a particular focus on the high-end product segment.
- Produce regular reports on sales and other key performance indicators.
- Maintain full P&L responsibility for the boutique.
- Ensure the consistent execution of brand guidelines, including visual merchandising, brand image, customer service standards, and product launch procedures.
Team Leadership
- Support the Boutique Manager in leading the team to achieve high performance, deliver strong results, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Contribute to the motivation and development of the team through training plans, in collaboration with the Boutique Manager and the Senior Learning & Development Manager.
- Assist in managing team scheduling to guarantee full coverage during all boutique opening hours, in line with business needs.
Retail Operations
- Optimise stock levels and merchandising strategies, recommending the ideal category mix to maximise sell-through rates.
- Coordinate with the Boutique Manager, Retail Operations Manager, and Logistics Executive to ensure stock and operational tools are always available and functional.
- Oversee inventory management and conduct regular stock level controls.
- Ensure the accurate handling of all till operations and maintain IT systems and reporting tools.
- Maintain high standards of boutique security and manage all repair and maintenance requirements
Client Experience and Development
- Deliver impeccable customer service in line with the prestige of a flagship location.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and CRM Executive to design and implement client development strategies.
