Luxury Boutique (Harrods Concession)
£45,000 plus bonus & package
A prestigious luxury boutique located within Harrods is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to support the Boutique Manager in the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the concession. This role is pivotal in ensuring the boutique maintains high standards in client service, sales performance, and team development.
The Assistant Manager acts as the second-in-command, stepping in to lead the boutique in the Manager's absence and serving as the key point of contact when the Manager is unavailable. They will play a crucial role in developing and executing local strategies to drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and elevate the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:

Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to drive the sales team toward consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Define and implement business development strategies and tailored boutique action plans.

Identify local market opportunities to develop a proactive and effective sales approach.

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales results to support performance improvement.
Client Relationship Management:

Lead and support the team in executing CRM strategies to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships.

Promote a client-centric culture focused on exceptional service and loyalty.
Operational Excellence:

Foster operational efficiency across all areas of the boutique to create synergy and support growth.

Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines in areas such as visual merchandising, marketing, and stock management by liaising with international departments.
Team Leadership:

Motivate, guide, and develop team members to perform at their best and uphold luxury retail standards.

Act as a leader and role model, especially in the Boutique Manager's absence.
Candidate Profile:

A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a Deputy or Assistant Management role, ideally within luxury retail or high-end hospitality.

Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly advantageous.

Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
