We’re looking for an Bar Supervisor to join our team at our Birmingham location.

Key Responsibilities of the Bar Supervisor:

Assist in the daily running of the bar, ensuring smooth service, maintaining good stock levels, and adherence to quality standards to enhance the guest experience.

Help train and support the bar team, promoting teamwork, efficiency, and continuous skill growth.

Work with the Bar Manager to execute drink menus, promotions, and service improvements that enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales.

Ensure guests receive excellent beverage service with consistency, speed, and hospitality, contributing to a welcoming and memorable bar atmosphere.

Assist in monitoring inventory, managing orders, and minimising waste to maintain cost efficiency while ensuring the bar remains well-stocked with quality ingredients.

At least 1 years’ experience in a supervisor role within a bar or hospitality setting.

If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:

Working in a busy bar team, with a familiarity with drinks pre-order packages.

Experience in cocktail making/mixology.

Training new team members and new menu training.
