Established in 1937, Dubarry is a renowned Irish company with a long and proud heritage, currently seeking a safe and experienced pair of hands with the vision and creativity to manage a multi-channel brand across wholesale, online, own retail and event marketing.
As Brand Manager, you will ensure consistency, quality and emotional resonance across all key consumer touchpoints. You will lead brand strategy and campaign execution, combining creative vision with commercial awareness to drive growth and long-term brand equity.
Based out of our UK offices near Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds you will report directly to the Marketing Director in our Irish HQ.
The Role
Brand Strategy & Campaign Leadership
- Lead bi-annual, multi-channel brand campaigns from concept through to execution and evaluation
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency, quality and tone across all consumer touchpoints by managing brand calendars and campaign planning
Creative Direction & Content
- Set creative direction across photography, videography, print, digital, email and social
- Lead photoshoots, from concept and mood boards to final execution and logistics
- Art Direction for photography & videography across these photoshoots including location sourcing, model selection, outfit and prop styling
- Sign off all creative assets, ensuring adherence to brand standards throughout
Digital, Social & E-commerce
- Own and manage the annual social media strategy
- Oversee content planning, calendars, community management and performance
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team on website creative and digital performance activity
PR, Influencer & Event Marketing
- Lead press activity and work closely with the PR agency on brand activations and events
- Identify and manage relationships with brand-aligned influencers and ambassadors
- Represent Dubarry at key events, overseeing content capture
Commercial & Performance Management
- Own brand marketing budgets and manage spend across key projects
- Execution of bi-annual catalogues from concept, pagination and design to proofing, quotations and final sign off
- Set KPIs for campaigns and analyse performance to inform future strategy
- Managing B2B client relationships while working closely with internal sales teams and their key wholesale accounts.
