As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll play a key role in preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes that keep our guests coming back. Where You’ll Be Working

Situated on the magnificent clifftop at Kingsgate, the Botany Bay Hotel in Broadstairs, Kent, is the perfect destination for a seaside escape. The stylish coastal retreat overlooks 200 metres of golden sands, stunning cliffs and rock pools. Guests can stay in one of the 30 en-suite bedrooms, enjoy a drink in the lounge bar or sample some delicious food in the restaurant.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to company standards, ensuring quality and consistency.

Set up and organise the kitchen for the morning service.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

Work efficiently to ensure guests receive their meals promptly.

Assist with stock control and ordering when required.

Support the kitchen team and contribute to smooth service.
