Main responsibilities will include

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the company's presence across the German market
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborating closely with design teams and account managers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Managing sales targets and forecasting to ensure profitability and growth
  • Attending trade shows and industry events, with some travel required to optimise market opportunities
  • Supporting the team in achieving overall business objectives

Person specifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the fashion, apparel, or manufacturing industries
  • Must be fluent in German and confident communicating in English
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with the women's multi-product sector and manufacturing processes located in China and Turkey is advantageous
