Exciting role for a driven, self-starter to manage sales of one of the UK’s leading non-wired bra specialists. Opportunity to grow sales, working with some of the UK’s largest fashion retailers alongside small independents and direct to consumer. Office based in North Oxfordshire.
Duration: One year, Fixed-term contract
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Marketing Team Management
· Lead sales strategy to feed into overall business plan
· Line manage Sales and Marketing Executives
· Oversee UK and export sales agents
Sales budgeting and analysis
· Manage relationship with key accounts
· Work with directors to set sales budget based on past performance and potential future business
· Drive to achieve the company’s ambitious growth plans across Europe and the US
· Analyse monthly sales agent turnover figures against targets
· Weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reporting
· Analyse sales variation against budget
· Monitor pricing strategy for all product, taking competitor activity into consideration
· Grow agent and distributor network globally
· Identify new business opportunities in UK and globally to increase market share
· Represent Royce at trade shows
· Lead sales strategy meetings
Product
· Product range management, working closely with design team
· Assist with stock management, clearing slow moving stock
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 5 years experience working within fashion or lingerie industry
· Commercial and market knowledge and negotiation skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Hands-on, practical attitude to problem solving within projects and process improvements
· Languages a bonus
