Concessions Manager

Delaware North UK is hiring a Concessions Manager to lead food and beverage operations at Wembley Stadium, one of the UK’s most iconic venues. You'll work closely with the Head of Concessions to drive service excellence, manage costs, and lead large, collaborative teams across major events — from England matches to world-class concerts.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day concessions operations across high-volume events
- Analyse sales, labour, stock, and wastage to support planning and profitability
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training to drive a high-performance culture
- Maintain health & safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance
- Partner with senior leaders to enhance both guest experience and business performance

What You’ll Need
- 3+ years’ experience in fast-paced hospitality, including 2+ years in management
- Strong leadership skills and commercial awareness
- F&B industry knowledge and comfort using operational systems
